Busch Group Presents Next-Generation Vacuum Solutions at FoodTech 2026

As food manufacturers face a growing demand to increase efficiency while reducing energy use and operating costs, vacuum technology is playing an increasingly important role in optimizing production and packaging processes. At FoodTech 2026, the Busch Group will present solutions designed to help food producers meet these challenges and advance their transition toward smarter and more sustainable operations.

Solutions designed for efficiency and reliability

A key highlight at the booth will be the proven R5 rotary vane vacuum pump, combined with the ECOTORQUE variable speed drive (VSD). Together, they enable reliable vacuum generation while significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs. Integrated with OTTO – Digital Services, the solution provides continuous condition monitoring and proactive maintenance support, helping maximize uptime and process reliability.

Also on display will be parts of the comprehensive portfolio of Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions. Among the exhibits will be the ASM 310, a portable tracer gas leak detector designed to locate and quantify leaks in vacuum components and systems, supporting quality control and maintenance activities. Pfeiffer will also showcase HeliSpray, a compact, refillable helium spraying kit for the precise detection of leaks during maintenance and servicing of vacuum equipment. Both solutions help ensure the tightness and reliability of industrial processes, which are essential for product quality, process stability, and operational efficiency in the food and packaging industry.
Throughout the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to exchange directly with experts from both brands about current industry challenges, emerging trends, and application-specific requirements. The Busch Group team will be available to discuss how modern vacuum and leak testing technology can help food manufacturers improve operational efficiency while enhancing product quality and supporting sustainability goals.
