Benefits of the ACP series
The ACP series is designed for demanding applications requiring high pumping speed as well as precise control and consistent vacuum generation.
The rotor and stator of the ACP vacuum pumps are engineered with precisely calibrated clearances, ensuring contact-free operation without the need for lubrication. As a result, oil- as well as particle-free vacuum is generated. With service intervals of 20,000 to 22,000 hours or up to four years of operation, the ACP series requires minimal maintenance.
A frequency-converter-driven motor in our ACP vacuum pumps, available in single-phase and three-phase versions, ensures that the vacuum pumps can be used internationally, providing stable pumping speed and consistent ultimate pressure around the globe. The motor comes with an hour meter, enabling precise tracking of the operating hours of the vacuum pump. This facilitates timely maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime. A remote operation mode allows for comprehensive control and monitoring of key operating parameters via a connected computer through an RS-485 serial interface. The main functions include switching the vacuum pump on and off, speed control, and emergency shutdown.
The ACP series is equipped with an air cooling system and offers a variety of gas port options. It includes several versions, each optimized for specific applications:
The standard SD version is suitable for handling clean gases, like semiconductor plasma cleaning. The G version, optimized for corrosive gases, excels in etching processes. The CV version, designed for condensable vapors, is perfect for pharmaceutical dry applications. In the field of high-value gas management, the CP, SH and SR versions are specifically designed for helium recovery, particle accelerators, and radiating environments, respectively.
A special model in this series is the ACP 120. It features water cooling and an integrated nitrogen gas-ballast valve system. This design provides enhanced protection against corrosive and condensable gases, making the ACP 120 ideal for applications like glass coating or LED/OLED lighting.
Fully CE-compliant and certified by UL/CSA and SEMI S2, the series meets international safety and performance standards, such as Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (2011/65/EU), IEC 60204-1 for electrical safety or Machinery Directive (2006/42/EG).
